The staff was being smart asses. I been going to Harbor Freight in 4 different states for over 20 years checking out the same way as every other Harbor Freight. This store was telling me I should get my own heavy items. They didn't have flat hand trucks available either for customers to load their own heavy items. So if this is the kind of service to expect at this store, I won't be going back there. I'm sure the other Harbor Freight stores will be glad to have my money.
