Very unprofessional , I had to wait over a month to be seen . The first time going I got there a little late but I called ahead of time and was told it was fine to still come In . So I get there and they have me wait an hour and then came and told me bc I was late they weren't able to see me . So I call and speak to supervisor Jennifer and she sets me up with a new appointment . I went today and after 30mins the front desk comes back and tells me that they don't take my Ins bc they take a different one with same name but Medicare part .. I explained to her I spoke four different times with their office and each time I told them the exact insurance I have and now after coming all the way to their office for the second time they are telling me this. The office staff even admitted it was their fault and was trying to charge me to see the dr even knowing my dr needed me to be seen before June as a urgent visit.. I would not recommend anyone to go here , save your time and go to an office that don't make these kind of mistakes . I've worked in the medical field over 14years and I've never seen anything like this before .
