Great Clips

If I could give zero stars, I would. Be careful taking you children here, there is at least one stylist that does not care how she hurts them. My husband and 11 year old daughter went in for a trim. Her hair tangles very easily and was wet from the pool. Our daughter told the stylist to wash it and condition it and the tangles would come out. The stylist decided she knew better and my 11 y.o. made the mistake of trusting her. The stylist then proceeded to force a brush/comb through her hair, over and over again. My daughter is crying and telling her it was hurting. The lady continued anyway. Once my husband realized what was happening he stopped the carnage. There were tears steaming down her face and multiple golf ball size wads of my daughter's hair on the floor! When confronted the stylist tried to argue that it was not that bad and the clumps weren't that big. I don't care how bad you think it is, when a child is crying and saying it hurts, you STOP! You do NOT continue to torture the child! We will NEVER step foot in this place again.
