Worst customer service ever. Upon arrival I noticed there was one just before me and theee stylist sitting around gossiping about another coworker, showing no sense of urgency to check me in for my haircut. After waiting for the customer before me to receive his haircut. I waited another 15 minutes while all three beauticians continued to gossip and carry on about a coworker instead of addressing me, the customer, with an update on why it was taking so long. Eventually walked out, wasn’t even asked why I was walking out.
Truly unimpressed by the lack of professionalism at this location. I filed a formal complaint with the corporate office as this, I assume, is not standard operating procedure.
