I was trying my best not to write a negative review to a black owned business. The staff was not friendly at all my appointment was at 9:30 didn't get in the chair till 11am, Doubled booked she said when I finally got in the chair on top of that my hair mysteriously disappears while I'm in the chair. King K acts like I did something wrong for asking for my hair that disappeared to be refunded to me. I will not return .
