If I could give a negative rating I definitely would. If you like an unprofessional setting with a lazy receptionist who’s listening to music as well as you this would be your type of place. Oh and let’s not forget the screw up in appointments. I set an appointment on the 18th not for the 18th and I go in today on the 29th at 10 to find out my appointment was allegedly on the 22nd that’s convienently close to the 18th considering when I was forced to reschedule today all they have is nearly 2-3 weeks away. Oh wait because of the 1 1/2 day snow storm we had..right! I decided to go else where but then I decided NO you get paid to do a job so you’re going to do your job and you’re going to do it right. Maybe if they were to turn the music down or off the “brilliant” receptionist could schedule accordingly and correctly! Had they admitted that they’d made a mistake it would of been better received but just like you have a job that you half do I have a job where I correctly perform and it is very inconvenient for me to miss work for the wrong days and get blamed for it as if it’s my fault. Moron.
