The rooms are clean, always smells fresh, and most importantly there were no Roaches every time I rented a room. The cost may be a little over priced and there are a few Junkies I have seen walking with no shoes or socks on but they mind their business and don't bother. And it's in a very convenient area close to the freeway,food places and stores.
