Furniture Mall

as other people already said, their delivery service is too bad. I didn't go to work and waited all day for the funiture from them even I called them at noon for making sure and they said, they will delivery today but they didn't come until 6 so my bf called them again and they said the same answer that they will delivery today, but after 10 minutes they called me and told me that i need to reschedule for the furniture. I complained about their problem and all google reviews but they said, it is not their problem, that is warehouse's fault. they really don't care about customer's situation and just say sorry with no feeling. their price is not too high but also not that good and their service is not good and delivery system is terrible. I will not buy any furniture from there anymore. also I will not recommend them to my friends. I just want to tell other people, just be careful if you want to buy something from them, especially if you need to receive the product on time. also, be careful about the price. when I went there, I told them the price is too high but they didn't care and next day i found a better price on another website and they matched the price right away. so if you already decided buying something from them with no option, then i recommend you need to find a price from online first and then go there and talk about the price. They promised that they will call me tomorrow morning and they will delivery tomorrow, we will see what they will do. and I will leave another review for other people.
