Forever 21

I bought a shirt this past week and it has a hole in it (I HAVENT EVEN HAD THE CHANCE TO WEAR IT). I tried to return it today with the tag on it and everything, I just didn't have the receipt. But seriously?? No store credit or anything?? If you're going to have cheap clothes, atleast have a better return policy for those who don't hoard their receipts. Also, the last at the register was blunt and not friendly. She could've atleast had a smile on her face or something.
