Five Star Manufactured Homes

I just got my new home from here they are truly the best ,they are ready and eager to help ..I highly recommend them.

I had my own loan officer and we was ready to buy a house here. The day we was gonna make a contract five star told us our mortgage Co had to pay in full first before anything got done. I'm sorry but that's ridiculous to make my mortgage Co pay in full and closed before they brING the house out. We've been dealing with this place for a long time and was never told about that. On top of this they just wanted us to use there Mort company which was gonna be 12%. They told us that it would be to risky for them to put a house on my land without paying first but if I would've done this it wouldve been to risky for us. They could've not finished then it wouldve been on us. Please think twice before you dare deal with these people. Also, several of them are so rude. There finance lady just said ok to us walking away. She was rude.
