Normally, I have great services here during the day. Today, I went there after 6pm and my experience was less than desirable. Five people in line waiting and one person behind the counter assisting the five customers. I asked her, if she could get some help and she told me, "They are out to lunch." And I'm hearing voices in the back. With people getting off work at 5pm, commons sense would tell them that they need more than one person there to assist people at that time. They should have every person working there cross trained in the event that this happen again.
