Family Tradition Restaurant

Food was good but I lost my appetite. Saw 2 cooks wear their aprons into the restroom, at 2 separate times. One came out drying his hands on the very dirty red apron. The other didn't need to dry his hands...hmmm... both were wearing gym shorts, whatever, they looked very dirty. If they are doing this in front of me, what are they doing behind the walls when preparing my food.
