i went to drop off clothes like always, which was 10 pieces for 25.00. Joanna acted very aggressive in front my kids and my mother because i simply didn't want to pay for a price that has never been given to me . She gave me my clothes in a very bad form, which disrespected me as a customer. She was yelling at me in a topic that was not related to the situation. ive been going there for a couple of years and this has never happened to me. i would like to know how i could contact the manager.
