Exact Comfort

David is a rare find in service industry with his honesty and experience it was an easy decision to move forward and use his service(and company) to replace our system. David came to give us a quote on a new system and even offered to help replace the compressor that had went bad on our old one which should have been covered by the Home Warranty of America. A month later they still hadn't done anything about it. We decided that it was time to replace the 13 yr old air conditioner anyways and started getting quotes. David was on of the last ones that we called and he took the time to go over the entire system and only recommended replacing what was broken at the time(just the air conditioner) instead of the the whole system. He said the heater wasn't in bad shape and since we were trying to save money but get in working order again to just do the air conditioner. David is very knowledgeable and made sure that we knew why we had to replace certain things along with just the air conditioner. We mulled it over a little longer and then decided to move forward he came a week later with the new system. He and 2 others did the install took away the old system and kept everything nice and tidy. The work looks extremely nice. Everything is working as it should and my house is finely cool again. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND EXACT COMFORT TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY. I feel confident that i made the right decision with Exact Comfort and David. He saved us a lot of money without pressuring us into something we didnt really need right away but got us up to date so my family could get comfortable again.
