The owner tries but some of the stylist needs to be more driven. I had an appointment at 4pm today, where my stylist? One had to leave and the other stylist had one waiting. Next time convey these issues before your client arrives.I've been there over five times, but now it's sloppy when it comes to timely business.The client shouldn't have to ask how long for the stylist to arrive, send these chicks to McDonald's if they don't want to commit lol
