Joe and Randy helped replace our outdoor speaker system. We are pleased with the work they did, and the speakers sound GREAT ! The only thing that was frustrating is the lack of follow up. I understand that this job may be pretty small compared to other ones out there, but communication is key in any business, and our 50% deposit is all the more reason to follow up with your customer. We did not feel "in the loop," and I had to reach out to him several times to see the status of our job. Very frustrating.
