In August 2017, I called the location on Abercorn (there were 3 different numbers) and each time I was told that they had no vehicles available. Next I called the location on White Bluff Rd. and hallelujah they had a full-size vehicle available. I requested to be picked up right away. It was a little after 5 p.m. I live in Georgetown and soon a lady picked me up but when she turned into the Abercorn location I told her that was the wrong location, but she insisted that her supervisor at that location had told her to pick me up, so I did not argue with her. When I told the young man at the desk who I am, he acknowledged my reservation but told me that they only had SUVs available and their fee was $40 more than the full-size car. I exclaimed (rather loudly), "Oh no". I have a confirmation for a full-size car!" The manager overhead me and told the young man to put me in a Ford Expedition for the same rate as the full-size car, but I could not even drive that "tank" off the lot. Finally they put me in a more manageable 2018 SUV but no one took time to show me how to it works so I had to read the manual to figure things out because it was after closing time and it seemed that everyone was trying to leave and they did. Wow! what a time. My reservation was made at the White Bluff location which said they had they car we wanted but took me to another location with no explanation. I did not like that at all.
