As a media personality, university business professor and brand endorser, I know first-hand how important customer service is. Saturday, March 4th, I had one of the most unprofessional interactions via phone call with one of Electronic Masters employees. It even seemed threatening. Multiple missteps have taken place since my car was serviced by Electronic Masters...none were my fault. Ranging from incomplete service, part not on time, disconnected ac and more... I explained to the employee that I was an upset customer. I never used profanity nor raised my voice. The employee wasn't only rude to a customer who had every right to be upset, he ended the conversation by telling me to bring the car if I want to (in a threatening manner) and hung up in my face. I am having my assistant bring the car tomorrow morning as requested by Mo (due to my work schedule). My radio unit is to be changed and my AC restored from whatever happened last time. Let's hope the next experience is a good one...it's best for all parties involved. If the experience tomorrow is professional and appropriate I will update my rating, update this post and not take it any further. My request is simple; courteous service and respect.
