I called this morning to order chocolate covered strawberries for my mom's birthday today. Needless to say I cancelled my order. I'm not sure what the employee's name was that I spoke with, but she provided the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I work in customer service in a Fortune 500 company and our main priority is customer experience. Maybe some training should take place in that store so that she doesn't treat another customer the way I was treated. She really acted like she hated her job and was miserable. I have never ordered anything from edible arrangements and I can assure you I will NEVER try to again. I don't recommend this place to anyone.
