Used our insurance's roadside assistance for the first time ever. They sent out Eastside. John was the driver. He called me right away and told me his ETA, which was very quick considering how far from Brunswick I was. It was early morning, still dark. He told me I could go ahead and get in the truck, which was great since it was so cold. The truck was nice and clean, the cab had plenty of room, he was quick in getting my car on the back, and he was extremely courteous and polite. I felt very comfortable given the situation. Even though we had no choice in who towed us, I was extremely pleased with their service.
