Waste of time. Front desk is just a herd of sheep, no common sense. Brought my insurance card and they didn't want to file with insurance, instead, they wanted me to prepay before seeing a doctor. Gorohova has been my primary for 10 years now, I switched insurance and gorohova is still under my network but the did want to clarify and instead want me to pay out of pocket $120. Front desk does not understand costumer service and does not know how to take care of patients that been loyal for many years. Even though I moved 5 years ago and it takes me an hour one way to see her I still drive out of my loyalty. ...so much for that. Time to switch to someone local.
