My son is an automotive tech with a Mercedes dealership and I've told him that if ever he opens his own shop I want it to be like Douglas County Auto Care.
The place is always immaculate inside, outside on the grounds, and in the shop itself.
The techs and front office staff dress and behave professionally and are always helpful and polite.
They are good about giving estimates and then staying well within the prices quoted. They are also excellent about working with you for alternative fixes if your budget is strained.
They've also been on the ball with getting the jobs done in a timely fashion.
We HIGHLY recommend this business (we drive a long way out of the way to use them; that's how much we trust them).
