Digital Express - Verizon

Spoiler alert. This business almost cost me $250. Now usually I wouldn't go out of my way to give a company a bad review as I know the irritation of anonymous criticism, but I won't just go on about my day like this company didn't almost cost me three quarters of an entire paycheck. Long story short I recently dropped my Droid Turbo and cracked the LCD display rendering the phone useless. Afterwards I took the phone up the said store to file a assurance claim(ALL Droid turbos come with a one year FREE screen replacement) but to my surprise the employee who's name I won't reveal tried to tell me said program only applied to the Turbo 2's. I told her that the program did apply to my phone as well and even offered to show her a print out to which she declined while recommending I see Mr fix it in Valdosta off Bemiss about getting the phone fixed. The price? 250 big ones. To replace a 200 dollar phone. Afterwards I immediately drove to the Tifton Verizon off 82 and got my assurance claim filed within 30 minutes and had my new phone within 2 days. This was the second incident in which I could have potentially lost a decent sum of money thanks to this store's layman employee's. Unless you come armed with print outs, a stress ball, and a Roy Ayers CD, I highly recommend the extra drive to a more appropriate Verizon Wireless store.
