Called just now because my elderly mom and sister live out in the country and the woman on the phone just kept talking over me would not listen to my concerns. My mother is on oxygen 24/7 and with no power and no help from anyone there they are truly on their own. They live out in the country and this woman's response was to come in town and go to a shelter, they don't even know if they can get into town because there might be trees down all along their way. These people don't care about folks unless they live in town HOW SAD! Once again the police want to take the easy way out.
