Cylantros Woodstock

I have been here a few times. Seems a little over priced but the food can be filling. However last time I went I was accompanied by my friend who is a vegetarian. She asked for the one item that had some greens and asked for No chicken and cheese. When she was charged full price she was told they didn't acomodate prices. She asked for rice and beans instead of the chicken and was again denied. Really?!?!? I understand this is not a vegetarian place but you cannot add rice and beans or a free drink since my friend basically paid $8 for a lettuce wrap?!?!? Customer Service is extremely important to me and for that reason I will not be returning. I get better arepas at home. Customer Service should not be ignored.
