Totally devoid of common sense. They refused to refill a contemporaneous written pain medication prescription identical to the 4 or 5 others they had filled in the last couple of months.
They wouldn't even call the other CVS location where the same "issue" had occurred recently ( and been fixed on the spot by the pharmacist at that location), in order to confirm that everything was legit.
Instead, they expected me to get the doctor on the phone at 7:30 Friday night.
Now I get to spend the entire weekend in pain, but apparently that's not a problem for CVS.
Good thing I'm not a heart patient!
