I'm a homeowner with lots of fine woodworking experience so I take posts like this seriously. I've just worked with Craft Art to build an island for our kitchen remodel and I had an exceptional experience. Their work is flawless and done in their own shop. Our maple butcher block showed a beautiful choice of grains - obviously hand picked for our job. Out of the 9 calls I made , from ordering to tech support, only 1 was not answered by a real person. When I spoke with Robyn she always made me feel like I was their most important customer. In fact, I thought I was their only customer until I picked up my order and walked through their warehouse to inspect my order - it was full of work, gorgeous work, in stages of completion. This company is superior.! Customer service -outstanding ! Quality control - outstanding! Packaging - outstanding! Price - outstanding! Friendliness - beyond compare!
