If I could give this company a negative number I would. I have had them since September 2017 and I have had issues since I got them. I have paid for December January and February and they didn’t picked up my trash at all in December and now it’s close to the end of January and they still haven’t picked up. I had to take my trash to them dump myself. I have called the office over 30 times in the past two weeks and can’t get anyone to answer the phone or call me back. Back in November when they did answer the phone they claimed that they had a problem with a driver saying he picked up when he didn’t then it was driver were sick then it was a truck broke down now it’s snow but yet my rash would be still at the end of my drive way if I hadn’t took it myself. I have asked t cancel my service and get my money back for these three months but guess what they don’t answer the phone or call back. This place is a joke!!! Wouldn’t ever recommend them to anyone!!! Very unprofessional!!!
