I've been seeing Dr Paccione for my pregnancy check ups and really liked her! However, the front office staff is rude, cold and unwelcoming. Nurses are disconnected, as if they hate their job and you are bothering them by coming over to the office for your check ups. I always arrived on time for my appointments, but never got seen on time - had to wait and wait, even with no other patients around. in the waiting room. The last drop was the "contract" they slid to me to sign about making payments for my labor and delivery deductible that I have to pay off by my seventh month of pregnancy. They kept calling and mailing me this bill over and over until I finally told them I am not coming back there. I do not need my OBGYN office stressing me out. Even after I left them, they kept mailing me the bill stating my delivery deductible is overdue even though I am not due until July and am no longer their patient! Absolute nonsense! Trust all of those reviews who said their billing is shady and staff is cold! That's just too bad, because their doctors seem to be very good specialists! Will never go back there!
