I've been to this salon a couple of times and I really didn't like it. The staff is really loud and talkative, there is hair almost everywhere, every station is messy, and one hair stylist named Liz overcharged me and didn't know how to handle my hair properly. She violently combed (probably broke off my hair) and violently washed my hair. And what I mean is she shook my head violently while washing my hair, repeatedly had settings too high for the dryer after I told her it was too hot on my hair, she made me wait while we were in the process of doing my hair(I wouldn't have been so upset if she simply told me she had other clients), and while straightening my hair she got too close to my scalp repeatedly and called me " a big baby", excuse me for jumping when I have 400 degrees of heat on my scalp. Also, she told one of the other stylists that they needed to stop sharing some thing and I heard Liz say " you don't want to mix other germs together and use it." I couldn't believe what I heard. You would think the stylist would be sanitary, but in this case I guess they're just plain nasty. Liz did a good job on my hair but I had an awful experience and I will never come back. However, the barbers did a good job. To all african-american women, if you have relaxed hair and like dirty, unsanitary, salons, you will LOVE this place. If you have natural hair (in my case) and like your pulled out of your scalp and overcharged because you have healthy, long hair, you will also LOVE this place! Aside from the sarcasm, I usually don't write reviews, but I do write them when I feel people shouldn't experience the same bad results that you've had.
