I give them NO stars, but I had to put at least 1 to post... I have had several cleanings with cleaning waters and never had an issue until June 24th when a young lady who I hadn't seen before came into the room and she NEVER tested the water like the other ladies. Well that being said, that resulted to me sustaining thermal burns in my colon and it also caused ulcers. I was 10mins into the procedure and had to call them back in because the water was hot. Needless to say, I couldn't continue and left. I called back 3hrs later and told them I was bleeding from my rectum and they told me that was normal. So I woke up the next morning in severe pain and couldn't get up or sit down. On Monday I went to the doctor and was referred to a gastroenterology doctor, went there a day later and they sent me directly to emergency room where I was admitted in hospital for a week. They did a CAT Scan and colonoscopy on me, it confirmed I was severely burned due to the water. I called Cleansing Waters a week after being discharged and told them what happened. They took my statement and has never, heard from them since. That's why I have a active lawsuit pending against them. Especially since I was told by the specialist, that I can develop lesions on my colon, that can lead to colon cancer as a result of their negligence. I wouldn't recommend this place at all...
