David Sheppard was really nice and did the best inspection possible, however did mark alot of things I already knew about. not sure if mold/moisture was detected did not see that device on him he on;y used one device that checked outlets and said some looked broken but they were just not covered and mounted back with screws. but overall will use again. Thanks David!
