Church's Chicken

I Couldn't hear through the aged menu speaker. Then when I got to drive thru window the cashier rudely assured me that she heard something I did not say. I drove off and will never eat there again. There was no other cars in the drive thru. Maybe they're happy with low sales numbers. Then they didn't answer the store phone so here's my review. They are incompetent and God only knows how they got a 95 on their health score. Yes Im a GM at 2 Gourmet Restaurants and I love feedback so I hope they change their service procedures.
