She is a fantastic listener, honing in on our likes and dislikes quickly which helped her to make specific picks on which homes to show us; she knows the area so well and has many tidbits of information to share about the area as well as knowing the housing market. Chelsea was very upfront and honest throughout our home search and wasn’t afraid to share her professional opinion on a property to inform our home selection. Throughout the process—from the first house she showed us through closing—Chelsea kept our budget in focus and worked to maximize every dollar we had. Both she and her staff were very responsive and quick to communicate, keeping us informed at every step of the process. Her staff is wonderful and work to a high standard. Our first home buying experience in another city was extremely unpleasant making us hesitant to have to buy a home again; after working with Chelsea and her staff, our negative feelings toward realtors have been erased.
