The techs are some great guys and not sure if this is the same office lady as some of the other comments are describing but she is very nice smiles and really courteous offered tons of support and made sure I wasn't bored in the waiting room by turning on the TV lol I'm still here so I will come back with the aftermath of my vehicle being repaired...
