Cedartown Inn & Suites

First room had no door handle. The second had old blood and BED BUGS!!! This is all after walking w an angry customer who left his room after finding rat excrements. Edited Additional response after reading the owner's blow off message below... Meet my expectations?? You must be kidding. I expect to: 1) Stay in a CLEAN AND SANITARY ROOM 2) Not have to throw out all of my clothing from Bed Bug infestation of your room. 3) Have clean sheets without someone's old blood in them. 4) Have a door handle to be able to enter the room Pretty simple, you failed. I was promised a call back about the matter from Corporate within 7 business days. No calls, no apologies. Your business should be shut down by the health officials.
