Carl Black Chevrolet Buick GMC

Went online to schedule to appointment for oil change and tire rotation. All appointment times after 10:30 am were open. After scheduling my appointment the service dept. called to say all appointments were filled but that I could bring my truck in and drop off. What is the reason for having online scheduling if it does not show that all appointments were filled. I went ahead and took it up the next morning to drop off and they called within 2 hours to let me know my truck was ready. I was glad but if they would have told me it would be ready within 2 hours I would have waited on it and not have to try to find someone to follow me there to bring me back home and then back again. I feel that is is something that they could improve on.
