They made my wedding cake in 2015 they did a good job the girls was nice the cake was delicious

I placed an order. It was supposed to be here within a week. A week PASSED and they sent me an email saying due to an error on their part, the item I ordered didn't exist. I was a little ticked off since it took a week for them to realize it. They did state that they have something like I ordered. I replied asking when can I receive those since the order was due in less than a week.NO REPLY. So I replied again to refund my money. They have yet to refund it so I called and a woman said they will process the refund today. Awful experience. Will never do business with again.
