Please find another plumbing company. Mike Smallwood of C & R Plumbing is untrustworthy and prices are unreasonable for job. $350 to replace water shut off valve behind toilet and to open up the ceiling to see where the leak was coming from. It was suppose to be a free estimate but he didn't say that if they open ceiling to find the problem there would be a charge of $200 for that or I would have told him not to or to go ahead and I would have known upfront. I know they have been in business for a long time but that doesn't mean they have good business practices and morals. Also when I spoke to Mr. Smallwood he told me to PRAY about not using their company again. I hardly ever write reviews but I was so highly offended by Mike Smallwood and his comments that I just don't want anyone to be caught up with him and his poor business practices.
Update: I spoke to Mr. Smallwood today and he has been accommodating to make good with the pricing of the plumbing job that was completed at my home.
