I'd suggest new management and a whole new crew that doesn't Lack customer service skills and DECENT MANNERS!!!! Doesn't matter what you order in drive thru they always make you wait 15-20minutes and then the food is still COLD and the wrong ORDER. How hard is it to get an order right the first 12 times????? Called to let management know i would return for right order (was already home) and all i get is "oh i thought you said something different, have a good day"... And dining isn't any better. We stood at stood at the counter 10mins while cashier "cleaned" playing on her phone and totally ignored us...finally after the THIRD time saying EXCUSE ME WE ARE READY TO ORDER SHE FINALLY TRIED TO TAKE OUR ORDER BUT WE LEFT.
