Boost Mobile

Went to purchase a case for my son's cell. Did not have but 3 in stock. Employee took my payment, did not bother to put the case on the phone, just gave me my receipt. When we attempted to put the case on it would not snap shut. Returned to store and was told "no exchanges or returns, I don't know if I broke it or you did" and just walked off. It was his job to place case on cell just as other boost stores do. Very unprofessional and rude. Never again am I purchasing anything from this store. Consumers keep away!!
