Binkley's Auto Care

A good friend recommended this place to me, as they are cheaper and quicker than an actual car dealership. They initially picked up my car on a Monday, had it for two days before ordering the part(which I eventually had to order and go pick up myself). They then "fixed" it and sent me on my way the following late Wednesday afternoon(I paid for the full service and tow). The part they replaced wasn't put in right and fell out the next day. They picked it up Thursday, had it for 5 more days before ordering the same part, which was then not expected to arrive for two more days. To speed up the process(since it's already been nearly a week), I went and bought the part from a different store and brought it to them myself which I was told if I did, it would be fixed that day. They said they were going to give me a call at the end of the day letting me know something. Throughout the whole process they promised calls letting me know what's going on, and never got a single call from them. Finally got my car back the next morning and went to get my car. They had been smoking in my car, ashes from cigarettes all in the floor, and the right end of my number where they worked on my car, was warped. If you value your money, time, and vehicle, do not ever use this place
