Big Nick's Place

Why does this place look like it was the last place standing after a hurricane, then abandoned for 30 years? The outside definitely doesn't say, come inside and eat. For 6 months, I really thought it was closed. Unfortunately, it a place that says Welcome to East Point, look how derelict we are. Great location and potential though. A paint job, huge signage de clutter and pavement resurface would increase business 100%.
