A Better Way Moving

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with A Better Way Moving. As a recent widow, I tackled moving from a 5000 square foot home to one half its size. My furniture and boxes were large and numerous. Needless to say, it was also an emotional experience leaving our family home of 18 years. A Better Way Moving's men came in and completely put me at ease. They were efficient, polite, and honest. They worked non-stop all day with no complaint and handled my belongings with the utmost care. At the end of the move they prayed with me and my family over our new home. What a blessing! A day later, I discovered that I thought I was missing an expensive pair of designer tennis shoes and a backpack. I reported my findings to Brett at A Better Way who took my claim very seriously. Within 24 hours he brought me a check to replace the missing merchandise. Very impressive! Thankfully, three days later I found the shoes and backpack packed in a box. I was devastated that I had accused the men who had worked so hard and been so kind. I returned the check to Brett and offered my sincere apologies. Brett was both gracious and understanding. I recommend A Better Way Moving to anyone looking for a moving company. My job was large with both fragile and heavy items. They had to be moved up and down stairs and into tight spaces.
