Well, Best Pizza ended up being a memorable experience at least! We ordered a pizza at 11pm following our arrival at our hotel. We were told the delivery time was 45 minutes, and by 12:15 am I called Best Pizza to get an update as to why there was a half an hour delay. The Best Pizza employee would not give me an ETA on when it would be delivered so I stated I was canceling my order since I had to wake up at 4am for my flight. The employee than said that we should not cancel the order since my pizza had been "in transit" since 11:25 and would arrive at our hotel shortly. That means the pizza was sitting in the car for a total of 50 minutes!! I then told him I definitely wanted to cancel my order and he ended up just hanging up on me. My wife and I than went to bed, only to wake up at 12:55am at the pizza delivery man banging on our hotel door (meaning the guy I talked to on the phone did not deliver the message that my order was canceled and also it took 1 hour and 55 minutes for my pizza to get delivered). The delivery man aggressively knocked on the door for 2 minutes only to than have the front desk call our hotel room. We did not answer for the following reasons: 1. we were sleeping 2. we had to wake up in 3 hours 3. The pizza sat in a car from 11:25 to 12:55 and 4. It took almost 2 hours to be delivered to us!! Terrible (but a funny/memorable) experience. I would not trust this company at all!
