It was before 9am, I had a meeting that started at 10 am and my projector failed, so I needed a new one for my presentation and I needed it quickly. I knew the store didn't open until 10 am but spoke with a very friendly Geek Squad Agent in the parking lot that was headed out on the road to take care of clients for the day so I knew there were employees in the building. I knocked on the door and John, the Manager, came to the front door and asked how he could help me. I introduced myself, explained my situation, and he let me in to see if he had what I needed. We found the item I needed was in stock, he opened the point of sale system early to ring me up, and sold it to me. This is a person who understands how to take care of customers and people like him will always keep brick and mortar stores relevant for businesses. Thank you John!
