I have been a patient for several years and finally have had it! There have been several time in the past year that I have had an appoint for 4pm and not made it out of there until after 7:30pm. I have waited over 3 hours just in the waiting room and then got seen for only 10 minutes. The last straw was when I was in the waiting room and an older gentleman asked the front desk girl how much long because he was told he would be next more than an hour before. The front desk girl proceed to talk about the patient and even cuss behind the glass to the other employees. What she didn't realize was that everyone in the waiting room could hear her. It was a VERY UNPROFESSIONAL environment. THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE. I would not even recommend my worst enemy to this place.
