Benchmark Properties of Savannah

If I could give no stars, I would; after I turned in a rental application I waited the time period I was told to wait to find out if I got approved, but no one ever called me back. I repeatedly called the office, e-mailed and left messages regarding my application status but no one ever responded. It's cool if I didn't get the place but I would have liked to at least gotten notice that I wasn't approved. Ultimately I'm glad because if this is how they handle an application process, I'm quite sure they are awful at managing rental properties as it relates to maintenance request and what not; I Ultimately feel like they just took my application to collect the application fee and make money. They seem very unprofessional and unorganized as well because I remember calling the older woman that works at the office and she said she is with her grandchildren, she'll have to return my call regarding the application status and she never did return that call.
