Behavioral Health Services-South Ga

2 stars- I’m giving them the benifit of the doubt because I wasn’t treated here but I was given a referral from my GP. I called to set up an appointment and the man on the phone was so ridiculously rude that I didn’t know their policy is to come in person to set up an appointment as a new patient. How am I supposed to know that? Before I can even get a question out he sighs and tells me a laundry list of things I’m required to bring in to make an appointment. I never did because if the way I was treated on the phone is any indication of the care I’d receive I will just go somewhere else. Considering the type of facility this is you would think they would be a little kinder to new patients. Not to mention the picture when you search is BOOT BARN? A bit off putting in my opinion.
