It does not matter if you are a customer whom pays their salaries. They treat you like you are banking at Well Fargo, and advertising it. I had my wallet stolen, and they were of no help. The first thing I needed to do was cancel my credit card with them. NObody there would do it. I had to sit on the phone for almost 30 minutes before someone answered on their customer service. I could go on and on about other situations, but I won't bother. I am sure you can guess that I ain't banking with them anymore.
Needed help with something and all the employees were really nice and friendly. Would definitely come again. I was helped right away.
